General Cargo

PENN Warehousing & Distribution Inc's. location in the heart of the U.S. Eastern Seaboard along with its excellent rail and interstate connections makes it an ideal port and distribution center for general and specialized cargo. Our facility is comprised of 1 million square feet of dry and outside storage, multiple on-site class I rail services and intermodal facilities.

We operate a modern state-of-the-art and well-maintained/specialized heavy lift equipment with handling capacities from 5,000 to 25,000 lbs. and wide-range of diameters and widths, which is helpful for loading and unloading of a variety of project cargo.  We were the first innovators that designed cradles for securing jumbo rolls in truck distribution.  

In the past few years, we have handled many special project cargo, including parts for power generating plants, chemicals, electronics, large generators, construction equipment, food and ship building materials.
